Applied CBT Training
Our applied Cognitive Behavioural Training programmes teach an innovative thinking process that increases personal and professional effectiveness. These rational thinking programmes do not tell people what to think but do teach people how to think differently thereby enabling them to feel and act in more productive and effective ways.
There is a wealth of evidence to show that how we think affects how we feel and what we do. Our Applied CBT Training teaches participants how to rewire their brain, think differently and challenge the beliefs that are limiting them.
Our CBT based programmes apply a model of thinking based on the teachings of the philosopher Epictitus which have been translated by the world renowned psychologist, and father of CBT, Dr Albert Ellis into a pragmatic and evidence based method of self management which increases both personal and professional effectiveness.
