Webster and Lawlor

Webster Lawlor and Associates is a partnership between two highly qualified professionals with a wealth of experience in providing innovative solutions to individual and organisational effectiveness and equity issues.

In 2002, driven by her desire to provide proactive solutions to absence problems for people and organisations Beverley Webster left her permanent full time job to establish Inclusion. Inclusion was an independent Irish private sector company with a vision of building productive and inclusive organisations. Between 2002 and 2005 Beverley built an impressive reputation for the design and delivery of high quality business solutions to the problems of absence and inclusion. Beverley is known for her commitment to excellence and ability to totally focus on the needs of the client.

Recognising the limitations that operating as a sole trader placed on her in providing service excellence in the diverse range of areas her clients were asking her to consult on, Beverley headhunted Paula Lawlor to join her as a partner in Inclusion. The combined expertise of Webster and Lawlor provided the opportunity to offer a more comprehensive suite of services to organisations and Webster Lawlor and Associates was formed.

Paula Lawlor is recognised for her refusal to accept the view that things have to be done a particular way, her constant questioning of barriers and limitations, and her drive to promote change and development. She specialises in the design and delivery of innovative solutions to common difficulties that are tailor made to meet the needs of the particular client.

Both Beverley and Paula have become expert at managing the twin commitments of running a successful and rapidly expanding business and family life. Their guiding principles in all they do are quality, integrity, and commitment.

Beverley Webster has an Arts Degree, a Certificate in Education (Further Education), a Higher Diploma in Social and Vocational Rehabilitation (1st class Honours), a M.Sc. in Disability Management (1st class Honours) and she has recently completed a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Beverley has served on the Board of the Irish Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and the International Board of Disability Management.

Paula’s academic background includes a BA in Psychology, a first class Masters degree in Social and Organisational Psychology, and a professional qualification at Diploma level in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She has held a range of positions both clinical and managerial. Paula is a founding member of the Institute for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, has held the post of Chairperson of the organisation and is currently their Director of Professional Affairs.
